If you realize that you can't make the delivery, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to make the changes and ensure delivery within the shortest period of time. 

You can't be replaced by someone who is not registered as a carrier at Shippr. The carrier must have his vehicle and a VAT number, as well as be registered with Shippr with a carrier account. 

However, you can refer a carrier to join the Shippr community.
