1. The receiver has indicated to deposit the parcel in someone else's home.
  2. You have arrived and there is nobody. Notify us and we inquire with the customer to know the procedure to follow (call the recipient with another phone number or bring the parcel back).

First of all: don't forget to inform yourself before calling us:

  1. Ring at the delivery address
  2. Try to enter if possible
  3. Call the contact number indicated in the application
  4. Inquire at the reception, if there is one.
