  • Installation of Android/ IOS application

  • What conditions do I have to fulfill?
    To deliver with Shippr, you must: be at least 18 years old and legally reside in Belgium ; be independent and have a VAT number (see next point). For all the motorized carriers, you must:Β  have a valid driver's license and a vehicle that's properly registered, insured and in order of technical control; not to be deprived of your right to drive.Quelques lectures
  • How is my data used?
    Shippr is committed to protecting the privacy of all its visitors of its website www.shippr.io (as well as the www.dashboard.shippr.be) and all visitors who access its website or services through a mobile application. See the General terms and conditions of use of the website.Quelques lectures
  • What is the handling?
    Handling involves loading, unloading and waiting for the goods to be picked up and delivered. When you make a delivery, the customer has 5 minutes of free handling by destination. The handling is invoiced if you wait more than 5 minutes per destination as in the following cases : Goods not yet ready when picking Waiting to find a manager Long witing time for the loading of goods etc...   • What is Shippr's catchment area?
    Today, the Shippr fleet serves the 19 districts of Brussels and its surrounding area such as Waterloo, Diegem, Zaventem, etc.Quelques lectures
  • Am I sure to make a delivery?
    You will be notify of a delivery as soon as it's created. It depends on the number of deliveries created per day, the number of available carriers at that time and your availability.Β  It's important to know that once you assign yourself a delivery, you have to be sure to be able to do it. However, an algorithm has been created to automatically calculate the itinerary. This allows you to know if the deliveries assigned to you are compatible with the new ones.Quelques lectures
  • When are there deliveries?
    Once your profile is created on our mobile application, you just need to log in to receive delivery notifications. The deliveries that correspond to your profile then appear on the map. To be in charge of a delivery, all you have to do is select the one of your choice. Thanks to our dispatching algorithm, you now have time to read the deliveries before accepting them, they will only be sent back to other people if you ignore them.   • Do I need a 3G/4G connection to use the Shippr application?
    In order to be part of our community, you must have a smartphone and a sufficient internet connection. We put at your disposal a mobile application in which you receive your deliveries. You can access all the information you need to deliver the parcel and you can track the delivery.   • How to report a technical problem with the Shippr application?

  • How much will I be paid by working with Shippr?

  • I'm not independent, how can I do that?
    You are not independent but you want to become one?Β  Contact us via carriers@shippr.be, we will put you in contact with our partner. He will answer all your questions and assist you in any steps you may take.Peu de lectures
  • You or the customer forgot a merchandise in the delivery? What should you do?
    If during the delivery, you or the customer discover that a merchandise has been forgotten, tell us or we will contact you to inform you. You must return to the picking point to pick up the package, we will take into account this unforeseen.Peu de lectures
  • How can I become a carrier for Shippr?
    Are you over 18 years old and have a vehicle?Β  Are you motivated, responsible and professional?Β  Are you self-employed?Β  You can now submit your profile to us! To do this, go to our "Become a carrier" page, a pre-interview form is waiting for you by clicking on "Become a Shipper".   • Can I ask someone else to make the delivery?
    If you realize that you can't make the delivery, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to make the changes and ensure delivery within the shortest period of time.Β  You can't be replaced by someone who is not registered as a carrier at Shippr.   • Why make the receiver sign when the parcel is delivered?
    The fact that the receiver signed the receipt is a proof of delivery. This proof allows you to protect yourself in the case that the customer complains he hasn't received the parcel or for other reasons.   • What to do in case of a problem during a delivery?

  • What types of goods are delivered with Shippr?
    We accepts to take charge of ALL the shipments except for prohibited products such as drugs, dangerous goods, weapons or items of a very high value. Β  See our General terms and conditions of use.Peu de lectures
  • When and how do I get paid for the deliveries made?
    At the end of each month, you must send us your invoices for all the deliveries made during the past month. The payment is made 15 days after receipt of the invoice. The money is transferred directly to the bank account that you have previously communicated.Peu de lectures
  • What status do I need to have to be a carrier?
    Today, in order to join Shippr's delivery network, it's imperative to have your own VAT number. We only work with freelancers, and we don't accept any other status.Β  However, different forms of independent exist.   • Can I have several accounts for my company?
    An account is created for each carrier. So, it's possible to have several accounts for your company.Peu de lectures
  • Vehicle change, what are the procedures?
    For a change or addition of a vehicle, please send us an email to the following address carriers@shippr.be.Β  In this email, attach the proof of insurance of the vehicle and indicate the type of vehicle. We will then make the changes in your profile.Peu de lectures
  • What do I need to be able to deliver with Shippr?
    At Shippr, we are fortunate to have a wide range of customers and a wide variety of delivery types.
